Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Zielkids garment tags are intact and the products are in unwashed, original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
